hi.. i m 8wk+ pregnant. can i take jeggery(gud) and peanuts at dis time?

Don't take peanuts bcozz it may cause allergies. Take a little amount of jaggary better to avoid sweets . If you start taking sweets in the early stages by 8 months u will gain more weight. Weight is very important during pregnancy so be careful. Start taking prenatal vitamins with DHA tablets you will get multi vitamins in a your daily basis.

Hi. Jaggrey is good. Try nt to take sugar in ur diet or u cn take in very less quantity. Don't drink cold water. Only warm water u should drink.
