What is ideal time difference for food?

Hi, my son is 7 months old. I want to ask what should be th e ideal time difference between two meals? And what should be given more... milk or solid food?

Solids are just supplementary foods at this stage so that your baby gets a hang of it. His main diet would be milk till he turns one year old.

Hi Pallavi.. my daughter is 8 and half month old now and we had started giving her solids/semi solids three times a day when she turned 7 months. The approx time that you can give solids is 8-10am then 12-2pm and 5-8pm depending on your baby's sleeping and waking up timings! All the best!:)

Hi thanks for the info. thats indeed very useful. But i want to know how many times i shud give him the semi solid food. What should be the frequency of it as its main diet is milk only? Pls suggest!
