मुझे आजकल खट्टी डकारें बहुत आती है। मै खाना स्पाइसी नहीं खाती हूं फिर भी ऐसा होता है। जब डकार आती है तो लगता है के खाना बाहर आ जायेगा। मै इससे निजात पाना चाहती हूं, कृपया कोई उपाय सुझावें। क्या खाने में पपीता ले सकते हैं बिल्कुल पका हुआ? केसर ले सकते हैं या नहीं? अगर ले सकते हैं तो कितनी मात्रा में और कैसे?
