Ye diet dein bacche ko aue ye tips follow karein. Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice ,vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Try and experiment with his food. Try to give him different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it. Engage him in your talks and try to give him a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child.
