Firstly avoid processed foods and flour like maida, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, food that has been cooked outside, fried and spicy food , stale food, chinese food. oods that should be included in diet are : whole grains like ragi, jowar, bajra, broken wheat daliya, brown rice , quinoa, Museli etc.. All variety of dals, all types of beans particularly, rajma, channa, soyabean, lobhia, and even Sprouted dals,2. Fruits and vegetables. 3.Eggs 4.Leafy greens 5.Nuts and seeds. 6.Milk and dairy products like curd, paneer , lassi, buttermilk etc.7 soya and legumes 8. Red meat. Feeling tiredness and pain in legs happen with many women in pregnancy. Take adequate rest and sleep, avoid prolonged standing, ask your doctor for necessary supplements.
