Use of breast pump depends on your needs. Breast pump is mainly used if you want to feed baby breast milk in your absence or if baby has sucking difficulties or if there is some breast related problems or if you want to increase milk supply. In either of it once you will your need is fulfilled, you can stop using pump. If you are a working lady then you can use pump only to store milk and when you are with baby you need not use pump. Same way if your supply is less then once the supply is stabilized you can stop using pump
