There is no specific time of the day but try massaging around the same time every day. Massage when both and your baby are relaxed. Do not massage when baby is too hungry or when baby is full, like, try doing it 30 min after feed and just before sleep. Use pure oils without any added fragrance or any chemicals. Try using Coconut oil or almond oil or olive oil or specially formulated baby oil as these oils are safe and are easily absorbed by baby’s skin. Avoid using excess of oil as this can make your baby’s body very slippery and may clog baby’s skin pores. Use minimal amount that can help you to massage baby gently.
