You can always pump out your milk and store in clean sterilised glass or BPA free bottle. Milk remains good for 3-4 hours and in your absence caretaker can feed this milk to baby using bottle or cup and spoon. You can start practicing on this one month prior to your resuming work, so that you, baby and caretaker get adjusted to feeding baby your milk in your absence. In addition you can keep few solid feeds ready in fridge, like apple puree, rice cereal, ragi cereal, etc which can also be fed to baby in your absence.Make sure that baby gets only 1-2 solid feeds of 1-2 tbsp in each feed at this stage. Milk still continues to remain the main feed and should be replaced by solid feeds.
