How and when to introduce almonds

Almonds can be introduced after baby turns one.Considering it's not easy for children below 3 years to chew almond properly, you can give it to them by grinding it to a powder. You can use a teaspoon of this almond powder with milk, mix it properly with milk and give it to your child. Also you can add the almond powder to foods like porridge and daliya.

Note: Please check for allergies in your child and his/her medical condition. Please consult with the Doctor in person for physical examination and treatment.
