Good nutrition is required in all seasons and a healthy kid would sail through any season without much trouble. Few suggestions are Fruits and vegetables to get ample vitamins & minerals. Good sources of proteins like eggs, fish, chicken, whole pulses, soybean, cheese/ paneer, curd should be taken sufficiently. Nuts like walnuts, almonds, seeds like flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds are required for good health Do take sufficient water as it is essential for good circulation in body. Hope it helps
