can we tell. the child how much we are doing hard work to get the things for them all they need?education Corner
Your child is too small to understand. Rather than just telling show it in real action. Saying No to certain demands will help the child understand better. No I am not buying that now as it is too expensive. Every parent works hard to give the best to their family. We wanted a child and we have one. We then work towards providing the best. It is normal and natural. Even the birds and animals do that is it not. So how are you special? Since we bring forth a child it is our duty to provide for its physical, mental emotional well being. Hence why brag about it? Your child can ask you (later) what or why did you do it! Create an environment where money is valued, where you spend wisely, where you cherish moments than money, where you cherish happiness and sharing etc. before you brag ask yourself what do you wish to convey to your child? What is the value you wish to teach? What are the different ways to teach? It is wiser to take a trip to an orphanage once a while; to care for the people who work for us to teach the values of sharing, caring and empathy. Children do as we do and not as we say.
