To deal with constipation in pregnancy, take lot of oral fluids and a high fibre diet. Taking a glass of warm milk at bedtime may help you. You can take isapgol husk at bedtime. Visit your doctor for laxatives which are safe in pregnancy if required. If you feel pressure in the tummy, you need to see your gynaecologist for this.
