You need to increase your fiber and fluid intake. Fiber can be included in the form of raw veggie /fruit salad, beans,, sprouted dals and grains like oats, ragi, jowar , bajra etc.and nuts like almonds, walnuts. Fluid can be increased by taking 2-3 cups of milk in a day, taking warm milk in the morning will help. Plus foods like prunes, dates are natural laxatives but take them in moderation.
