I hope you are doing well. Please have 2 prunes ( dried plums) with a glass of lukewarm water every morning after waking up. Early morning- 2 prunes + 1 glass warm water Breakfast- 1 Fruit + 1 Bowl oats upma/porridge Or Moong dal chilla with veggies Mid-morning- 1 Glass lemon juice (no sugar) Lunch- 1/2 Rotis/1 Bowl rice + 1 Bowl sabzi (any sabzi, less oil)+ 1 Glass buttermilk Evening- 1 Bowl mixed fruits with lemon juice Dinner- 1 Bowl veg clear soup + Dinner the same as lunch just replace buttermilk with kokum sharbat no additional sugar.
