dear friend... iam having 10 months old baby and recently for 4- 5 days she is sleeping around 1-3 am and wakes up late 10-10. 30.. she do take only 1 nap now that too after bath around 12. 30-1. 00 pm... pls advice me how to bring a early sleeping pattern... iam suffering from sleepless night and difficult to manage in morning due to less sleep

it may take sometime to get it adjusted. You could take a help from your spouse is arranging things efficiently to save on time. Sleeping pattern will take sometime to adjust. While this strikes keep an apt and soothing environment for a sound sleep such as dim lights, optimum temperature and less noise. Keep trying with a little more patience and things will start falling in place. Remember dont over do it as this is natural and shall take its own course.
