dear mam, as my ultrasound says that babies weight 1723gm during 33-34 week of pregnancy is it ok? if not how to increase the baby's weight within the time.

This seems a small baby. Consult your doctor for advice regarding further course of action. Your doctor will consider factors like water around the baby, blood flow to the baby, and weight as estimated upon examination. In general, tips to increase baby weight are: take adequate rest and sleep, take a high protein diet consisting of whole grains, beans, legumes and soya,sprouts, milk and dairy products, lean meat and fish, eggs, lentils , nuts etc. , avoid long intervals between meals, remain calm and relaxed. Speak to your doctor for supplements to increase baby weight
