Hope you are doing well. -Start your morning with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder mixed in a glass of warm water. -You can eat 3-4 soaked almonds post that. -Have a healthy breakfast upma/poha/chilla/mixed veg paratha. -Add salad with your lunch -Have a fruit in the evening -Add salad to your dinner and keep the dinner light. -You can consume milk twice in a day with nuts powder. -Have at least two fruits in the day. -Drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily. -Also add these foods to the diet. Kuch foods hote hai jo milk production badhate inko galactagogues bolte hai- -Whole grains -Garlic -Green leafy veggies -Ginger -Fenugreek seeds or methi -Nuts and seeds -Oats -Barley -Fennel seeds (Saunf) -Cumin seeds -Star anise seeds (badiyan ka phool) -Sesame seeds -Turmeric Drumsticks -Carrots -Black sesame seeds -Salmon fish -Sweet potato -basil or tulsi Avoid any refined,fried or high calorie foods :)
