Eat small frequent meals. Do not remain hungry for long. Keep a check on your carb intake, making sure that every meal has some carb plus its a healthy carb. Healthy carbs comes from whole grain breads, atta, ragi, jowar, bajra , multi grain cereals , dals, beans and veggies. Make sure you take protein in every ,meal,which you will get from dals, beans, milk, dahi,paneer and eggs/meat Eat right combinations, like dal, rice and vegetable. Do not eat white sugar, white bread or processed food. Satisfy your sweet craving with fruits but that also take in moderation. Eat mostly home-made fresh wholesome food Drink good amount of water daily. Do some light moderate exercise like going for walks to keep your metabolism up and to build up your appetite plus it will help to keep your blood sugar under check. Lastly go for regular checkups
