Echogenic focus in heart is a soft marker often seen on ultrasound. When it is an isolated finding without any other abnormality or defect , it will generally disappear by 28 weeks of pregnancy. It has consequences only rarely. You can get a fetal echocardiography done for confirmation and take your doctor's opinion for this. I hope these give you some ideas.
