you should give a balanced diet consisting of dalia, bajra, whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, vegetables fruits, egg/fish/poultry, milk products etc. in the diet with focus on eggs, meat, poultry, cheese, paneer, soybean (nuggets, soymilk, tofu) whole dals, beans & legumes, walnut, almonds, peanuts, dried fruits(dates, raisins, currants apricots)and seed (flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) in daily diet.
