you may include following foods to boost iron, calcium, zic intake Green leafy vegetable soup, bajra (in chapatti and khichdi/porridge form), broken wheat porridge. Give eggs, and if non vegetarian habits then some chicken, mutton etc in soup/stew form. Use jaggery/dates instead of sugar. Do give some fruits like citrus, strawberry, watermelon, raisins. Black chana, lobia, lentils, nuts, milk products, ragi, sesame seeds etc Hope this helps.
