Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small pancake/1 Bowl veggie oats Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 wrap/tortilla roti with vegetables or Rice and lentils mixed and mashed with veggies, Fried rice, vegetable rice Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR Pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable broken wheat/bulghur wheat
