few suggestions to improve immunity are Take good quality proteins from eggs, meat, poultry, cheese, paneer, soybean (nuggets, soymilk, tofu) whole dals, beans & legumes. Use whole gains like chirwa, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans. Take some vegetables from these daily amla, green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, Take some fruits from these guava, strawberries, citrus fruits like orange, mausami, lemon. Hope it helps.
