hello Doctor am mother of 2. 4years boy am still breastfeeding, day by day am getting deficiency in vitD, and vitE , I already consulted ortho and taking tablet . recently I came to know tat I hv cholesterol. plz suggest me food hvng less cholesterol and Good in vitamin. daily morning I prefer milk and egg white and also daily I eat fish too.

if any clinical deficiency of vitamin is established, then you need to take its supplements only to correct it. You can consult a doctor for this. Similarly for a low cholesterol diet , you should visit a clinical dietitian for a detailed planning of your diet and life style. Few suggestions are to take a low fat, high fiber diet and for that include include dalia, bajra, whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, vegetables fruits, egg white, lean meat, nuts and dried fruits, milk products etc. in the diet.
