Hello doctor. currently I'm in first week of 6th month. the problem is still I'm not able to eat more. In my 5th month scan doctor said your baby is completely normal with gud weight. But still I don't feel hungry. Everyone is worrying more about me. Since, we are in red zone, I'm not able to go out for walking to make my mind free. Still I feel lazy and dull. Can you pls help me to overcome this doctor. I need to increase my weight. I need to feel hungry.

Some pregnant women feel lack of appetite all through the pregnancy. For this, speak to your doctor for prescription of appropriate medication to control nausea and acidity and appropriate supplements. You need to eat small frequent meals, plenty of oral fluids and also take an early breakfast. Avoid spicy , fried, stale, and heavy food, foods with strong smells and any food that you feel repulsive towards. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. If the baby's growth is good as per your doctor, then there is nothing to worry. You can do some walking or pregnancy yoga under your doctor's supervision.
