hello everyone.... my daughter is 3 yrs and 4 months.... she doesnt eat any vegetables and dals.... i used to try made dal paranthis and any stuff paranthi.... but she tried to avoid all these stuffs.... I am very worried about her health..... please suggest me good tricks and any good homemade food recipe so she get proper nutrition diet...

Answer:
for her dal intake use besan in dhokla, vegetables cheela etc. Again mung sprouts, cheela can also be given. You can even feed her a little roasted channa. Try giving whole beans like rajmah, chana, lobia etc.
