Hello everyone, My little is 1. 5 month old. She is having colic issue and very uncomfortable which disturbs her sleep resulting into lot of crying. as this a very common issue among newborns i m giving her gripe water and colicaid drops prescribed by doc. I am still following very light diet with very less spices. I also apply hing on her tummy and follow cycling legs message technique . please suggest what food items I need to add or avoid in my diet to avoid this gas issue. Also she feels very uncomfortable if don't do potty atleast once in two days. as fibre is good to pass motion, will adding (corn and other fiber rich items)that in my diet help her to do potty everyday or atleast once in two days? Please suggest all possible options or diet which will help for both gas and potty issue.

few suggestions are take a balanced diet of cereals (esp dalia, bajra), green leafy vegetables (esp methi, mustard leaves), dals & legumes (masoor. black channa, soybean), fruits, milk products, eggs fish & poultry.
