Hello expert !!! im shagufta , mother of one and half year old baby girl. i just wanted to know if what i feed my baby is healthy... kindly suggest me for better options and also let me know if there is anything i need to stop feeding her. break fast - pasta or boiled egg. lunch - rice with dal or curry evening snacks - fruits dinner - rice or chapati with curry kindly suggest me if the above nutrition chart of my baby is healthy or do i need to change it. waiting for your valuable reply.
