Here's a basic diet plan for a healthy pregnancy.
Please maintain portion control and accommodate your favorite foods once in 15 days :)
Early morning- 4-5 soaked almonds + 1 Cup of milk
Breakfast- 1 Bowl upma/poha/oats porridge/ 2 Vegetable parathas
Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + handful roasted chana or peanuts
Lunch- 2 Rotis with sabzi and dal or dal chawal with salad or paneer pulao with raita/daliya khichdi with veggies and buttermilk
Evening- 1 Fruit + 1 Bowl poha chivda/dry bhel/ragda /chana chaat/rajma chaat (for your cravings)
Dinner- Same as lunch
Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with Mama protienex
