Hi Richa, you can start with basic things like arranging a cot, bedding, nappies, clothes, both cotton & woolen, your own lactating gowns, baby products etc. You can take a list from your gynaecologist. You can take milk, dry fruits, but avoid ghee as it would cause unnecessary weight gain. The weight gain of foetus is maximum in last 2 months. So don't worry about your weight, you shall soon put on more. You can read the following blogs for diet in pregnancy and child care.
