Headache, nausea, tiredness , dizziness and lethargy are symptoms that happen to many women in pregnancy , these are normal. They may gradually improve as the pregnancy advances. Some tips to help you are: eat small portions of easily digestible homemade food, take an early breakfast or morning snack, avoid fried, spicy , stale and processed foods, avoid food that has been cooked outside, take plenty of oral fluids. Sleep adequately and take rest during the day also. All the best and do keep us posted.
