hello I have twins 3. 5month old. giving formula and breastfeed. want to know can I replace formula milk with cow milk? or suggest which milk should I go for cow or buffalo milk?

Answer:
cow's milk should be avoided below one year of age as it may give allergy. You can use pasteurised toned milk or other animal milk. For buffalo's milk please take advice of your paediatrician as it is heavy and needed to be diluted in 2:1 ratio with boiled water. Hope this helps
