Answer:
Do sit down and jot down all that you have to do. You need to prioritise your tasks. I know it is tough but you have come to this stage and need to schedule your tasks and time. Alllot your tasks into four columns - urgent, important, not urgent , not important. Then put the tasks under these. Set out to perform the tasks Set a routine for your childrne also. This will help a lot. Take your nap with the younger one. before the older one comes home. Since you have help at home ensure that you rest when the little one takes her nap. Hire a tutor to help your older one. It is very important that you take care of yourself so that you can take care of your home and family. Parenting is not easy. It is tough. Parenting requires loads of patience and sacrifice. Set your priorities right. Do not go by what others are doing. This is the time to spend quality time with your children. Take the help of your spouse during weekends. Leave the children with him and go to the parlour or spend some time window shopping or a lunch out with friends. Happiness is a state of mind. Hence practise deep breathing and meditation before you sleep so that you are calmer. This will radiate joy. Take each day as it comes and enjoy your journey with your children. I hope these give you some ideas.
