I hope you are well. If you are feeling like eating sweets you can opt for fruit, 2 dates/Anjeer/Apricots + 2 almonds/walnuts, 2 pieces of dark chocolate, home-made besan/wholewheat jaggery ladoos, or fruit yogurt parfait/fruit custard can be consumed :) Eat these once a while.
