Firstly, speak to your gynaecologist regularly and remain in touch for guidance regarding tests and appropriate supplements. Take a healthy balanced diet. Some dietary tips are: Take good quality proteins from eggs, meat, poultry, cheese, paneer, soybean (nuggets, soymilk, tofu) whole dals, beans ,legumes, nuts and seeds. Include plenty of fruits , vegetables and leafy greens in your diet. Use whole gains like bajra, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans, black grams, rajama etc. Do not take stress, remain calm and happy , do physical activity as per your doctor's guidance. These days , it is also necessary to practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands regularly , maintain social distancing and remain indoors unless absolutely essential. All the best.
