hello mam, m 35 year old and 31 weeks of twin pregnant. my height 158cm and weight before pregnancy was 62kg now it is 68kg. my weight is ok or i have to increase weight??

Consult your doctor, if your doctor feels that the pregnancy is advancing normally and that the babies are showing adequate growth and weight , then there is nothing to worry even if you have not gained much weight. Take a nutritious protein rich diet by including plenty of whole grains and sprouts ,legumes, Dals ,milk and dairy products, eggs ,meat ,fish, nuts and seeds etc. Eat lot of fruits vegetables and leafy greens. Take adequate rest and sleep and remain relaxed and calm. I hope this helps.
