Give variety your child in foods. You may give pizzas, burgers, pasta with lots of vegetables made at home only and on fixed days only. You can make snacks healthier by using whole grain flour, vegetables & fruits. Try & make regular food interesting like chapatti veggies as Kathi roll or vegetables, cheese/shredded chicken spread over roti with ketchup. Try steaming, roasting & grilling method instead of frying snacks. For her immunity use more of the following foods. Give good quality proteins from eggs, fish, poultry, cheese, paneer, soybean (nuggets, soymilk, tofu) whole dals, beans & legumes. Include nuts like walnut, almonds, peanuts, dried fruits(dates, raisins, currants apricots)and seed (flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) in daily diet. Use whole gains like bajra, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans. Do give some vegetables from these daily amla, green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, Do give some fruits from these guava, strawberries, citrus fruits like orange, mausami, lemon.
