Congratulations and Enjoy this beautiful period. If your vomiting or nausea has subsided and slowly your appetite has returned then eat small frequent meals. Eat healthy home-made foods, like chapati, vegetables, Fruits. beans,(Rajma, channa, black channa), dals, egg, meat, paneer and curd. Drink 2-3 cups of milk every day and avoid talking excess of tea and coffee. Make your diet healthy by adding vegetables to chapati atta, make sprouts of beans and dals, and add nuts to different foods. All this will keep you and your baby healthy.
