Hello... my 1. 5 year old son... no sound sleep... wakes up quite often at night as well. how do I ensure undisturbed sleep?

hi Nidhi , Set an individualized bedtime routine. Set a wake-up time. Have a consistent bedtime routine. Turn off the TV at least two hours before bedtime. Reduce stress before bedtime. Create a sleep-inducing environment. Keep it cool.
