hello my baby is 13 months old.. he is not sleeping whole night he wakes up 4-5 times every night.. and he needs breastfeeding everytime.. i just want him to stop breastfeeding coz many of peoples says its very difficult to stop breastfeed after he understands everything.. what should i do pls suggest

Answer:
ideally a baby can be breastfed as long as you can and minimum for 2 years. However if you wish to wean off, then keep the baby well fed through other milk and complementary solid feeds. You can also discourage the child using bitter edible things like neem/karela juice. It will take some before the baby is completely weaned off. Also ask any other family member/husband to put the baby to sleep. Hope this helps.
