Hello, my baby is 1ys 5 montg completed. I am giving breastfeeding during night but nowadays i want to stop breastfeeding because he used to with breastfeed and not sleeping in the night properly. kindly give me some tips. how to stop beastfeeding in the night.

Answer:
ideally a baby can be breastfed as long as you can and minimum for 2 years. However if you wish to wean off, then keep the baby well fed through other milk and complementary solid feeds. You can also discourage the child using bitter edible things like neem/karela juice. It will take some before the baby is completely weaned off. Also ask any other family member/husband to put the baby to sleep. Hope this helps.
