hello!! my baby is 3 mths 7 days old as on date, as summer has started inhave noticed that frequency of urine is reduced and also he is doing potty after 2 to 3 days.. he is taking breast milk every 2 hrs, is it normal??? how to know that baby is not dehydrated.. our town is having temperature of 36° and its too hot... suggest some remedies that baby remain hydrated throughout day and how to know that he is not dehydrated

Not passing stools for 2 to 3 days is okay and nothing to worry, if the baby is not passing stools for a week then consult a pediatrician. If the baby is not passing urine for more than 12 hours then kindly take him to a pediatrician and as baby is taking breast milk every two hours which is a good thing and is hydrated.
