hello, my daughter is 3. 5 years, she has outward squint in both eyes, dr said she has high astigmatism, wat type of food should i give her?

though diet does not has a direct role in astigmatism, generally a vitamin A rich and high antioxidant diet can be given. Do give some vegetables from these daily amla, dark green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, carrots, papaya etc. Include nuts like walnut, almonds, peanuts, dried fruits(dates, raisins, currants apricots)and seed (flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) in daily diet. Use whole gains like bajra, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans. Do give some fruits from these guava, strawberries, citrus fruits like orange, mausami, lemon. Hope this helps.
