hello my son aged 5. 6 yrs . his height is 102 cm and weight is 18 kg . he is active in playing but at time of studies he doesn't show any interest. what should I give him to eat for his physical and mental health. we are vegetarian.

Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/2 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 2 Dosa/2 mini uttapam/2 veggie idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds, walnuts,pistas, cashew roast, and powder)
