hello my son is 4. 5 years old and he is hyper active... all the time he used to shout, jump, and running from one cirner of home to the other... he is good in intake of food but he is underweight.

Hope you are doing well. Your child is super-active and hence he does not gain weight. Give him this diet :) Everything shall be fine. Breakfast- 1 Cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawala,khichdi and kadhi,Fried rice ,vegetable pulav/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds,walnuts,pistas,cashew roast and powder)
