Hello, thank u I am good, she is 2 years old 10. 5kg weight and height 86cm she is active and most of she interest in watching mobile phone and tv, she like only oil crispy snacks like chips Vada etc and she is not showing much interest in food, intially she eat first 3 or 4 spoon that's all after I have show phone tv or make her scary or force to eat. max she take 3 feed mor, aft, night

Please avoid giving her the phone, here's where we go wrong :) If at an early age she has the habit of watching the phone, it will only affect her health, it will also affect her development. Her weight seems good. Please give her, her favorite foods only once a week or in 10 days, she isn't showing interest as she has developed a taste for fried snacks ad chips. Also, avoid force-feeding her it will again affect her health and digestion. Give her this diet and follow these tips. Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Try and experiment with her food. Try to give her different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that she sees it and eats it. Make her food more presentable so that she enjoys eating it. Engage her in your talks and try to give her a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child.
