hey. my baby is three months old and i breastfeed him he is passing greenish yellow stools from few days and spitting up alot of milk he also gets cranky and irritated alot. if i put my clean finger in his mouth he bites it i am not sure if he is teething or he is suffering from cold pls help

Green stools are normal as the baby's digestive system is not yet developed so nothing to worry. Spitting of milk is common in infants, with increase in age it goes away. When teething starts, there is itching and irritation in gums. To ease their itching, babies start biting and chewing. You may buy sterilise teethers and give those to them. Hope this helps.
