You can around 400-500 ml of milk per day. You should include dalia, bajra, whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, vegetables fruits, egg/fish/poultry, nuts and dried fruits, milk products etc. in the diet. These can be given as porridge, kheer, upma, khichri, chapatti/rice with pulses/gravies, scrambled eggs, custards, vegetable poha, idli, pulao, dosa, pasta, cheela, cutlets, pancakes etc.
