Mood changes and low mood happens due to hormonal changes during pregnancy. Relax and take a deep breath. Firstly, speak to your doctor for a counselling and appropriate advice. Take adequate rest and sleep, take your supplements regularly and a healthy diet. Reassure yourself , stay away from negative thoughts and people who make you feel negative. Follow a hobby of yours that would relax you , such as listening to music,painting etc. You can do some deep breathing and meditation. Speak to your husband and others in the family , remain open with them and discuss your problems, ask for help. Stay in touch with your doctor regularly. Take care.
