hi.. i am a govt. teacher.. my age is 29 plus.. my height is 4. 11. but i gain weight very heigh after my delivery ..my weight is 68kg.. before pregnancy my weight is 45kg.. please suggest me how to reduce my tummy fat.. and body weight.. am travelled daily 4hrs for my job purpose.. can you please suggest me which food is better for loss of weight.. i hav no time to doing excercizes and walking or running.. am starting frm my home at 6. 30 am and reached my home at 7. 00 pm daily..
